The town of Arbuckle is situated in the southernly portion of Colusa County, about 45 minutes north of Sacramento: elevation 141 feet above sea level. Arbuckle is characterized by a small town charm and filled with beautiful agricultural views.
Arbuckle Public Utility District is responsible for the water and sewer lines within our district.
At Arbuckle Public Utility our mission is: To serve the public, by ensuring essential utility services are delivered to consumers in a safe, reliable, economical manner.

APUD is experiencing more frequent repairs on water/sewer lines. Most shut-offs are emergent. We are unable to notify our customers in advance.
Don't Get Caught Without Water!
Please consider keeping extra water on hand for necessary daily usage.
Water conservation measures need to be taken; such as, limit outdoor watering to 2 days a week. Check for leaks and broken sprinklers.
